Paul
The location was beachfront, stunning in front of the ocean. Moreover, it was just off many yummy food places, cape cod, father and son and the south shore of the Cape.

The hotel with new-fashioned and updated rooms, in a large grassy area, right on ocean. Marvellous and lovely location and great facilities. Overall a very nice stay for a restful vacation.

The beach was right there.
The unit was filthy and run down. We wore our flip flops the entire time we were inside because the flooring was so dirty. The window casings are moldy, the doors need to be replaced, the carpet needs to be removed and tile put in, the dishes and utensils were dirty, some even had dead insects on them. This was the worst place I have ever stayed at! Yes, the beach was right there and the price was lower than many of the other places on the Cape, but still, it was not worth the money. I would not recommend to anyone nor would I come back.

Well-appointed and new-fashioned rooms with climate control and it's own balcony. Very comfy bed and friendly service. Favourable location in the large grassy area, just off loved being able to hear the waves crashing on the beach and seaside 5.

The location of the hotel is stunning, near to the tourist points, a public beach and a great restaurant in the area.

The room looked really nice and modern, and the staff was super helpful. The kitchenette came in really handy for making our own meals. 👍

I liked the location. It was near most of the things that I wanted to do. I loved the sound of the ocean while I was sleeping.
My adult children, on the other hand, did not like the lack of air conditioning. It was humid and the couch felt damp. There was one box fan in the apt. We brought two with us. The last night there, we needed all three fans. There were some things that needed repairs. The screens of both doors were torn. Both doors were very difficult to open. The front door had some rust on it (I know you are going to get that close to the water). There was no place to hand a towel so that it would dry. That is important when you are at the beach.

I had a very relaxing stay for a restful vacation. Everything was nice. I booked a well-appointed new-fashioned room in a 2-bedroom apartment. Every staff member was amazingly nice and outstandingly accommodating. The good restaurant served American specialties.

The location
the rooms are very small. You are nickled and dimed for everything. For example the unit I had accomadated 5 people yet were charged $10.00 per person per night for any additional folks after two. An extra fee to park an additional car. The rooms are hot and musty.

Loved staying at the well-appointed and modern room on the water. There were a kitchen and an air conditioning too. The location was particularly good, not too far away from Sea Street Beach.
-
Norman
Everything was very good here - incredibly nice staff and well-maintained rooms. The room with aged beds. Your location was particularly good and excellent, within walking distance of the beach.

The Garlands Motel is a beachside hotel with a large grassy area near the public beach. The room was spotless and updated, with extremely comfy beds, a kitchenette, and a couch. It's convenient for day trips in the area, as well as access to shops and sightseeing along the south shore of the Cape.

Nothing, website photos and description were very misleading. Unit (8) was dirty, in poor condition and unsafe. The checking staff was very helpful though!
